Sweet Matthew

My friend Jennifer had this painted for her friend Tracie whose son was born with Adenylosuccinate Lyase Deficiency, a rare autosomal recessive genetic metabolic disorder with only 60 cases reported world wide. Matthew was only the 2nd case in the US and the first case for Duke. Currently there is no familial support, research, testing, treatment or cure.  Follow the Facebook link for The Miracle of Matthew to join their cause for a cure.
